Tickets will be shipped by USPS per the method chosen when the order is placed.
Returns
Hard tickets (tickets sent to you in the mail) may be returned within 30 days, in original condition for a full refund. All returned tickets are subject to verification of their not being used and refund may take up to 3 weeks. E-tickets (tickets sent to you by email are not cancellable or returnable once they have been emailed to you. All E-tickets will be sent within 2 hours of placing your order during normal business hours Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, if you do not receive your tickets within 2 hours or on the next business day please contact us at 424.239.9201.
